Data we collect

We collect only business workflow data needed to provide the service. This may include names, phone numbers, inquiry details, order details, follow-up status, and communication notes.

How data is used

Data is used only to provide workflow support to the client, including action queues, message drafts, call scripts, status tracking, and reports.

No resale

We do not sell or resell leads, customer data, retailer data, or order data.

WhatsApp safety

Faida+ does not use unofficial WhatsApp automation or WhatsApp Web scraping. Customer-facing messages require review before sending.

Opt-out

Opt-out requests are respected and should be reflected in the client's follow-up workflow.

Client separation

Client data is handled separately. Each client's data is kept distinct from other client workflows.

Approval

Customer-facing messages require owner approval in the current workflow.

Users can request correction or deletion by contacting genaidesk@gmail.com.
